The name of my blog is a play on the title of the show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I'm from the northside of Philadelphia, and while I was looking for a name for my blog, the title of the show hit me. I played around with it, and It's Always Sunny in Northside stuck. I changed it to Northside because I wanted the the name to go with my most recent collection of poetry, Northside Cries & Lullabies.
The true meaning behind the name is that this blog is a place for enlightenment, positivity, expression, and creativity. Like my description says: a little bit of this, a little bit of that, a sprinkle of rain, but mostly sunshine.
